  • Registration will be confirmed once payment is received.
  • To attend the conference from abroad you may need a visa. Visa applications usually need to include an invitation letter. You will find a sample invitation letter and instructions on visa application on the website. The cost of your visa is your own responsibility and you are advised to apply for a visa once you have registered and before or at the same time as making travel arrangements.

  • Kindly note that completion of Registration is subject to Payment of Registration Fee.

ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTION FOR PAYMENTS:

  • Fees should be paid without the deduction of bank charges, therefore instruct your bank that you accept liability for all foreign bank charges. This means that the amount deposited in the account is exactly the registration amount mentioned on the website.
  • Please write your “Full name and FEMGEN Conference” on the remittance for our identification, and bring your remittance receipt with you to the conference registration or forward a remittance advice to the following address, fax number or email.

  • *All refund requests must be received in writing by December 15, 2017. There will be a $100/INR 1500 service charge for all refunds.
